Brief Introduction of Product
What is Shunt Resistor Chinese Manufacturer?
Kang Yuxin is a Chinese manufacturer of shunt resistors, a component used in electronic circuits that measures electric current by producing a voltage drop proportional to the current flowing through the resistor. They are commonly used in applications such as ammeters and current sensing circuits.
A shunt resistor is a type of resistor designed specifically for measuring current. It is placed in parallel (in parallel) with the load where the current is to be measured. The basic principle behind a shunt resistor is to produce a voltage drop across itself that is proportional to the current flowing through it, according to Ohm's law (V = I * R, where V is voltage, I is current, and R is resistance) ).
Shunt resistors are often used in ammeter circuits to measure current. An ammeter in series with the load has low resistance to minimize the effect on the circuit current. In order to accurately measure large currents, a shunt resistor of known resistance needs to be connected in parallel with the ammeter. The voltage drop across the shunt resistor is then used to calculate the current flowing through the circuit.
Shunt resistors are commonly used in a variety of applications where accurate current measurement is critical, such as power supplies, battery management systems, and industrial control systems. They come in different resistance values and power ratings, depending on the specific requirements of the application.

Applicable Industries
The shunt resistor is also called a milliohm resistor, also called an alloy resistor or a milliohm-level resistor. It is mainly used for current detection. This kind of resistor has extremely low resistance, usually only in the milliohm level.
Hence it is called milliohm resistance. They are widely used in various situations where accurate current measurement is required, such as small home appliance control boards, mobile power supplies and mobile equipment, industrial control,Automotive electronics, Internet of Things, mobile phones and other products. As the demand for low power consumption and high performance of products increases, the application of milliohm resistors will become more and more widespread.
Additionally, circuit board resistors are used to isolate circuits and attenuate signals. In some electronic equipment, circuits need to be isolated from each other to prevent interference, faults, or voltage transfer.
Circuit board resistors provide blocking of current flow, thereby isolating the circuit. In some cases, a signal in a circuit is too strong and needs to be attenuated to an appropriate level to handle.
Circuit board resistors act as attenuators, weakening the signal by dissipating some of the signal's energy.
